  My mother moved nursing homes 5 months ago. She has not received one dime since she was transferred to this office. After numerous phone calls we have been told every month that she will have her money. It's hard enough to live off of 60 dollars a month. But 5 months without a penny?!? Absolutely ridiculous! Where can I go to make a state complaint? This is ubsurd. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Definetly going to be looking for a complaint site for the state.

  I always expect to have a wait when I come to the social security office and I feel that should be expected and planned. This office is very organized. As I waited and overheard conversations, I was extremely impressed with how patient, understanding and helpful the staff was with the individuals coming into the office for help. Customer service has gone out the window and it was a breath of fresh air to see such kind staff. The only negative that I could see which would improve the office is the location of the kiosk where you sign in to get your number. It is right inside the door and as you walk in you will miss it unless you've been here before. I had to ask, and heard many others have to ask, the security on staff where they needed to go. Maybe even signage as you walk I would help.

  Always busy and the employees move a the speed of a corpse. Usually full of those trying to con the system and no express service for those who actually worked and paid into the system.
